Check-in/Check-out Policies
We operate as a self-check-in hotel and have the following check-in and check-out hours and policies.

Check-Out: 11:00 a.m
Late Check-Out Hour: 13:00 hrs
Early Check-In Hour: 13:00 hrs

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please note that an additional charge of 50 USD will apply.

Property and CancelLation Policies

Cancellation Policy.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to arrival date, a full refund will be made without penalty.
In case of cancellation during the 48 hours prior to arrival no refund will be made.
No refund will be made during the stay.
These policies are exclusive to direct bookings. These policies may vary depending on the channel through which the reservation was made
No Show / No Go Policy
If you do not show up or do not use the reserved services, the full value of the reservation will be charged in full.

Pets / Petfriendly
Pets are welcome upon request for an additional fee of $50 USD. Service animals are exempt from this fee, but a certificate must be presented.

Coexistence Manual

To maintain a smoke-free environment, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rooms. Please note that a USD 100 penalty will be charged for any violations of this policy.

We kindly request that you avoid playing loud music or making loud noises after 10:00 pm, as we want to ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests.

We do not allow additional people who have not been registered during the reservation/check in.

To maintain a comfortable temperature for everyone, we recommend setting the air conditioning to a minimum of 68 degrees.

We take great pride in our property and kindly request that any damages incurred during your stay will be subject to additional charges.

In case of loss of the following items, a corresponding fee will apply: Air conditioning remote control $50 USD, TV remote control $50 USD.

Towels or sheets that are torn or heavily stained will incur an additional charge of USD 20 each. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the quality of our linens.

f you bring your pet/service animal, please note that they are not allowed on the bed or to use the linens. Additionally, any damage or extra cleaning will be charged.

If you would like cleaning service in your room, please request it through our customer service number +1 939 242 3274. Please note that it is subject to availability. We want to ensure your satisfaction, and cleaning will only be performed with your authorization.

On-site parking is not available. Street parking is possible, but it's subject to availability, and the hotel does not take responsibility for it.
